Clean Homemade Granola


This granola was my breakfast this morning.  I topped it with flax milk and fresh fruit and I think it’s my favorite breakfast.  I also made it for our vacation, an easy healthy breakfast and snack to take on the road that’s packed with nutrition and goodness.  Give it a go!


6 cups of soaked nuts (I use mostly almonds and cashews)

1/2 raw honey

2 TBS maca (optional)

3/4 cups dates

1/4 cup flax seed

1TBS vanilla

1/4 cup buckwheat flour (optional)

1/2 cup hemp seeds

1/4 cup chia seeds



Soak the nuts in filtered water for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Drain the water and put the nuts in a food processor with the obey, macs, dates, flax seed and vanilla.  Combine them by pulsing the blender, but be careful not to process to much, you want it to still have texture. Put that nut mixture into a big bowl and mix in the hemp and chia seeds. Spead the mixture out onto dehydrator trays (you can find the one I have here). Dehydrate at least 12 hours at 118 degrees.

    • You may but you have to keep the heat under 128 degrees or you will cook it. Which when cooked it destroys the live enzymes in the raw food.

  3. Thank you for your time & energy to share your wisdom. The granola looks like it will fill the bill, I know this is a old post, have a question about when to add the honey?
    Also I miss your post on Insta Graham, really most of your sites. I’m almost 69 coming out of a long stint of chronic fatigue. I just began working out again with weights & cycling in September & would check in with you each week for inspiration to keep moving, I’m still moving & making good gains & doing headstand! So thanks again for all your post and leaking out on His Beloved.
